With 20 years of woodworking and design experience, Roger has mastered his trade. He specializes in creating freestanding pieces of fine furniture and designing stylish built-ins and kitchens. Roger is passionate about using the natural beauty of wood, and he especially loves using the unique qualities and grain patterns of individual boards to create pieces that are uniquely artistic. This results in projects where the wood itself is as much a consideration as the function of the piece. Roger enjoys the time he and his wife, Julie, spend meeting with clients. Roger makes it a point to be personally involved with every project from the first meeting, to the design, throughout the manufacturing and finishing process and even at installation. Julie comes to us with over 15+ years of experience in Sales / Marketing, Customer Service and Personnel Management. The parents of Roger have also become the "Mom and Pop" of Lasting Impressions & Company Inc. Their support of their son's dream to start his own business many years ago has continued as the vision of the company has expanded. Ernie and Carol have not only offered their support and encouragement, but have been a great source of strength to everyone within the company. Ernie is quick to run errands, fix a machine or help out with the bookkeeping, and Carol is our strongest cheerleader. Kevin, has over ten years of custom finishing experience. Knowing the quality of work and productivity Kevin is capable of, we were confident that he would be a great fit for our company. Having invested a lot of time, efforts and resources in our custom finishing department, we are operating this part of our business at a very high level of efficiency, for our own woodworking projects and for the other projects we finish for other local cabinemakers. RANDY BRYANT, Assistant
Randy started out at the manufacturing shop and then moved over to the spray booth to help out there for a while. Now that he is familiar with what the processes from start to finish, he is able to share his time at both shops helping out to ensure that we meet our deadlines. Randy is extremely accommodating and flexible and has an exemplary disposition and attitude. It is a pleasure to have Randy on our team!
